Bg Dog Falls
Had a wonderful hike yesterday with #TravisPaigePhotography to #BigDogFalls. The Falls had too much sun on the water for photos so we headed back down the brook to play witih the cascades. Hard to believe I was still in the Upper Valley - the terrain was steep and the trail had some trees down on it and there was still ice and snow in some places but what a fabulous adventure - #adventure #lisalacassephotgraphy #enfield #newhampshire #ig_ruralamerica #nh #ignewhampshire #newengland #countryvisions #backroadvisions #ig_ruralamerica #vermontphotographer #nikon #nikonshooter #nikonphotography #nikonvisuals #roam #explore #outdoor #outside #outdoors #nikonD750 #nhlandscapes #nhlife #naturalnh #newhampshire
Moss Glen Falls in Black & White
Moss Glen Falls in Vermont is beautiful and changes with each season. Here I show it's beauty in Black and White.
Moss Glen Falls
One of my favorite Vermont waterfalls. I love to play with the movement of the water and slowing it down to create a mood. From the first time I did this to now - there is still something magical about it.
Tunbridge Covered Bridge
Tunbridge, Vermont has 5 covered bridges. It is also home to the Tunbridge World's Fair which I have been going to since I was a kid. I was laying down on a rock with my camera a few inches from the water when I took this shot.
Mt. Tom Fog
I hiked up Mt. Tom in Woodstock, VT with a few friends to watch the sunset and while the sun decided to not join the party the fog was specactular.
Wandering Fence
The early morning sun is reflecting off the fence as it meanders along the Vermont valley.
Blue Hour from Mt. Washington
This was taken before sunrise from the top of Mt. Washington, in New Hampshire. The land was bathed in these gorgeous blues and pinks for a far the eye could see.
The Basin
This granite pothole is 20 feet in diameter. It "is believed to have been eroded 15,000 years ago while the North American ice sheet was melting." The Basin has been smoothed out by the motion of small stones and river sand of the Pemigewasset River.
Blue Hour on Lake Champlain
Looking across Lake Champlain to New York just after sunet.
Pouring Out
Taken in Vermont at the end of the summer this water was just pouring out of the rocks and creating this wonderful pattern below.
Moss Glen Falls in Summer
One of my favortie Vermont waterfalls.
Morning Mist
I was out early one morning on the Lakeland Golf Course and foudn this Great Blue Heron waiting for the day to begin. As the mist began to lift the reflections came into play to create this mystical magical scene.
Top of the World
This is the view from the top of Mt Washington at sunrise. It's almost like you can see forever in the early morning light.
Summer Evening in Vermont
The thill of fireworks on a summer evening is not to be missed. This shot was taken overlooking the Lakeland Golf Course in Quechee, Vermont on the Fourth of July.
River Running Through
I took off my shoes and waded into the stream to make this photograph, so that the cascading water would be seen rushing past. Can't you just hear the water?
Bicknell Brook
It was a wonderfully cloudy, drizzly day when I made this image. The greens were so bright they almost took your breath away. It was so peaceful standing there along the river watching it rush by.
Corn Rows
Owls Head Overlook #1
The view from Owl's Head in Groton State Park.
Owl's Head Overlook #2
A perfect plact to sit and look out over the world and the Pond.
Fall Leaves in the Stream
Fingers of Spring
Snow was still on the trail while I was walking into this waterfall - there was lots of water cascading down the river but these small fingers are what caught my attention.
Vermont Sunrise
Taken in October as the sun was rising over the trees and the hills while the mist and fog were still hanging around.
